Ok so it has been one month and only down a total of 4lbs
humm not so close to my 80 by April but its a start and I am more determined than I ever have been to get into shape...

I just keep looking at all the other blogs i have on this. It is some good motivation they did a good job at it...

My New Year's Resolutions 2011

Lose weight.... Yah I always have this one. One is in 1 year from today I want to be 100 lbs lighter so I will have to lose 5 to 10 lbs a month...

Enjoy life more... Just let the little things slide by.

Save money.....

Learn something new....

So my small weight goal is 5 to 10lbs a month.

OK so I suck at this weight thing not one more pound is off....... Even when all I was doing was a protein shake for breakfast and some dinners...... I guess I still need to write it down so I will try that for a week and see if any change this just sucks I need willpower to do it.
