crap!
Well no pounds gone, but I am not sick anymore so thats good I guess.
So time to get back on track, cycling tonight.
basic principle of weight loss is to eat the right foods in the proper quantities.

well i was going to workout every day then i got sick:( If it was only the flu i may lose weight but no i just cant get that sick just enough to be crap.
If only i could just puke it all up. Like on The Devil Wears Prada when she is only one stomach flu away from her ideal size ya i need that. (and a lot of stomach flu)

I WILL I WILL I WILL I WILL!!!!!!
I will drink a glass of water before I drink a Diet Coke (I will NOT be giving up DC, but I will limit my intake).
I will write down all my food (no skipping the bad stuff).
I will exercise every day (even if it is at home).
I will keep my calories down to 1500 a day (yes i will my friend will not lose before me NEVER)

Another week or a couple of weeks and only a few more pounds off.
what is wrong with me maybe i should just save all my money and have lipo, this working hard for one pound a week is crap, i did figure a good way to help go shopping and try on new clothes that would only look good if you are skinny. lol
