Well, week 1 is over. Time to post the results...(drum roll please) 4lbs lost!!!!!! I am feeling good today. I'll be honest, my enthusiasm was starting to diminish a little. You know how you get really excited about something, and then after a few days you don't care as much anymore? Well, it happened to me, especially after I didn't go to the gym on Saturday :( and sunday was a junk food day!! well back to it start of another week... humm maybe more pounds lost this week:) I will work on that, and i will be better on my food..
