OK so I suck at this weight thing not one more pound is off....... Even when all I was doing was a protein shake for breakfast and some dinners...... I guess I still need to write it down so I will try that for a week and see if any change this just sucks I need willpower to do it.
SO HOW DO YOU GET THE WILLPOWER

Only down 4.5 lbs well I am hopping to get more off this next month!!!
still hopping for the 10 lbs or more a month i will have t work harder this next week and stop my eating early. and thats hard because I get off work at 5.30 workout and get dinner done... Well I will see if I can do it.
