Well no pounds gone, but I am not sick anymore so thats good I guess.

well i was going to workout every day then i got sick:( If it was only the flu i may lose weight but no i just cant get that sick just enough to be crap.

If only i could just puke it all up. Like on The Devil Wears Prada when she is only one stomach flu away from her ideal size ya i need that. (and a lot of stomach flu)

I will drink a glass of water before I drink a Diet Coke (I will NOT be giving up DC, but I will limit my intake).

I will write down all my food (no skipping the bad stuff).

I will exercise every day (even if it is at home).

I will keep my calories down to 1500 a day (yes i will my friend will not lose before me NEVER)

what is wrong with me maybe i should just save all my money and have lipo, this working hard for one pound a week is crap, i did figure a good way to help go shopping and try on new clothes that would only look good if you are skinny. lol

Well, another week!

But only one pound! It starts good well a little good:) then crap! No weight is going to get off this body. What?Why?When?

Yes, I have been better, maybe not the best, but come on give me a little good news just like 5 thats all just 5 I will fill better.
