OK so I suck at this weight thing not one more pound is off....... Even when all I was doing was a protein shake for breakfast and some dinners...... I guess I still need to write it down so I will try that for a week and see if any change this just sucks I need willpower to do it.

It has been a long time:)
One reason is because well you guessed it i have not lost any weight so why post some thing:P (I have not even checked) So starting over at square one so we will pretend this is day one..
I need to lose 100 lbs by April 2011.... I am going for 3 to 5 pounds a week!!!!!! NO JOKE!!!
we will see what happens in this next week. And start lifting weights again.
GOALS
1. Eat healthy!!
2. Exercise everyday!!
3. Lift weights three to four times a week!!
4. Feel Better!!!
5. Lose weight!!

well i was going to workout every day then i got sick:( If it was only the flu i may lose weight but no i just cant get that sick just enough to be crap.

I will drink a glass of water before I drink a Diet Coke (I will NOT be giving up DC, but I will limit my intake).
I will write down all my food (no skipping the bad stuff).
I will exercise every day (even if it is at home).

Not as good as I wanted but it was ok.
I lost 2lbs this week, maybe I should change my goal to 2.5lbs a week.
Ok so again I am going to try to keep my eating under control.....
and get a workout in every day even if it is just at home.

End of Week One!!!!!!!!!
Well, week 1 is over. Time to post the results...(drum roll please) 4lbs lost!!!!!! I am feeling good today. I'll be honest, my enthusiasm was starting to diminish a little. You know how you get really excited about something, and then after a few days you don't care as much anymore? Well, it happened to me, especially after I didn't go to the gym on Saturday :( and sunday was a junk food day!! well back to it start of another week... humm maybe more pounds lost this week:) I will work on that, and i will be better on my food..

Day 1
Little confession: I am really nervous to put this stuff on a blog because I don't like any pictures of me, but I wont care in 100 lbs. Yikes, that's a lot. My sister kinda laughed while taking these pictures because "WOW, these look really bad! This is gonna be AWESOME when I lose this weight!"
