It has been a long time:)
One reason is because well you guessed it i have not lost any weight so why post some thing:P (I have not even checked) So starting over at square one so we will pretend this is day one..
I need to lose 100 lbs by April 2011.... I am going for 3 to 5 pounds a week!!!!!! NO JOKE!!!
we will see what happens in this next week. And start lifting weights again.
GOALS
1. Eat healthy!!
2. Exercise everyday!!
3. Lift weights three to four times a week!!
4. Feel Better!!!
5. Lose weight!!
