It has been a long time:)One reason is because well you guessed it i have not lost any weight so why post some thing:P (I have not even checked) So starting over at square one so we will pretend this is day one..I need to lose 100 lbs by April 2011.... I am going for 3 to 5 pounds a week!!!!!! NO JOKE!!!we will see what happens in this next week. And start lifting weights again.GOALS1. Eat healthy!!2. Exercise everyday!!3. Lift weights three to four times a week!!4. Feel Better!!!5. Lose weight!!
So today I am going to try and get on this Sweat dvd thing. Maybe this will help me nothing else is, I eat crapy and I don't get to workout as much as I want to or well as I need to.And i can't even bring myself to step on the stupid scale.. What does that tell ya yep crapy!!!!
So as my sister (crapineedtolosemoreweight.blogspot.com) told you we went to a concert and yes my butt got stuck in the seats.. They looked big but not after I sat down and couldn't get out unless I slid forward. I so need to get on this and get into shape or just so my spread wont get stuck.
When did I get a chest on my back!!!!I was walking by a big mirror and had to look twice. WTFWhen did I get them?Why do I eat crap to get them?I so need to lift weights more. I will get me some for Easter...
