It has been a long time:)

One reason is because well you guessed it i have not lost any weight so why post some thing:P (I have not even checked) So starting over at square one so we will pretend this is day one..
I need to lose 100 lbs by April 2011.... I am going for 3 to 5 pounds a week!!!!!! NO JOKE!!!
we will see what happens in this next week. And start lifting weights again.

GOALS

1. Eat healthy!!
2. Exercise everyday!!
3. Lift weights three to four times a week!!
4. Feel Better!!!
5. Lose weight!!

So today I am going to try and get on this Sweat dvd thing. Maybe this will help me nothing else is, I eat crapy and I don't get to workout as much as I want to or well as I need to.
And i can't even bring myself to step on the stupid scale.. What does that tell ya yep crapy!!!!

So as my sister (crapineedtolosemoreweight.blogspot.com) told you we went to a concert and yes my butt got stuck in the seats.. They looked big but not after I sat down and couldn't get out unless I slid forward. I so need to get on this and get into shape or just so my spread wont get stuck.
